Schwarzbier is a dark lager that literally translates to "Black Beer". It is black in color with hints of chocolate & coffee undertones. We lagered this brew for a whole month until it was just right. Don't let the dark color scare you it drinks much lighter than it looks.

Brewed with two bushels of local oysters added directly to the boil, this California Common is a truly unique creation. We fermented it with lager yeast at a warmer temperature, resulting in a remarkably smooth and drinkable beer. This is one smooth mother shucker!

Our full-bodied Amber Lager was brewed using beechwood smoked malt and German hops. We kept the smoke character on the light side so as to not take away from the smooth malty finish.

This Celtic Red served on nitro, delivers a velvety cascade of toasted malt flavors and subtle caramel sweetness, finishing crisp and balanced.

You voted and now is the time! Our annual Halloween Candy brew is a Cream Ale infused with 50lbs of Skittles Candy. This golden brew is the perfect combination of sweet and tart. Served nitro pour to ensure a full-bodied creamy finish. It's time to taste the rainbow! This beer does contain LACTOSE.

This Classic Belgian Farmhouse ale has a vibrant nose of spices & fruity esters making this very intriguing brew a must try. Expect a DRY finish. Great pairing with just about any full flavored dish.

SILVER medal winner in the 2023 SC Brewers cup! Our dark wheat beer has flavors of bready malt & dark fruits like plum, raisin and grape. This beer is low on bitterness and high on deliciousness!

Our fist Hazy to hit cans this year! Brewed with Wheat and Malted Oats for a solid haze. Hopped with Mosaic in the brewhouse and dry hopped with a blend of Mosaic & El Dorado hops. Cheers!

Our Queen packs a puckering punch! She's fruited with raspberry & blueberry puree then we add a subtle addition of vanilla to round out the puckering finish of this big bad babe.

Light bodied kettle sour packing a session-able 5.3 ABV Sour'd using Lactobacillus Plantarum for 2 day resulting in a 3.3 PH that gives puckering pleasure.

Sip in the season with old-fashioned apple cider blended with our Sitting in Limbo Sour. The result is a crisp sparkling apple treat! We add a chai-spiced cinnamon rim making this one a festive Shandy.

Getaway with this tropical cocktail spin. We mix our Sitting In Limbo sour with your choice of Izze sparkling juice: Blackberry, Peach, Clementine or Grapefruit. Black cherry soda can be used as well.
