About this recipe

With summer in full swing, we’re ready for something cool, sweet, and with beer. We know your kids are going to be jealous, but you can just tell them this ice-cream filled drink is strictly adults only. If you ask us, it’s well worth the wait.

Bluffton beer floats

Ingredients

  • 1 can of stout or a dark beer
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. chocolate syrup
  • 2 scoops of your favorite ice cream

Get Cooking

Step 1

Drizzle half of your chocolate sauce into a pint glass.

Step 2

Add two scoops of ice cream and then pour your beer and over top.

Step 3

Pour the rest of your chocolate sauce and serve immediately.
