Introduction

About this recipe

Dips bring all kinds of kinds together. Cheese dips do that and more. This Beer Cheese will serve up to ten people, but will likely serve no more than 4. It’s that good, y’all. Nothing says The South more than cheese, beer, and hot sauce. Make this dip and boom! Everyone’s your friend.

Step 1

Pulse the cheese and garlic in a food processor until it's all chopped up. Add your Worchesthire, mustard powder, hot sauce (our faves are Frank's or Crystal), cayenne pepper, and salt. Pulse that combo until it's well combined and starts to clump together. With the motor still running, add your beer in super slow and keep on keeping on until the mixture is somewhat smooth.

Step 2

Transfer mixture to a serving bowl and stir to cohesively combine. Top it with some of those chives.

Step 3

Serve with style. Go casual with chips, or go big with crudités and fancy crackers. Either way, it's a win.
